Maite Barón, Founder and Managing Director 'Empowering Visionary Leaders' and ‘Building Visionary Organisations’

I specialise in coaching, consulting and training facilitation working with leaders  to align corporate mission and values, integrate cultures during mergers & acquisitions and building internal coaching cultures.  I support my clients in developing an influential and effective leadership approach to overcome the challenges the organization is facing. I design leadership and values based programs to develop leaders to grow personally and professionally while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I coach executives on creating strategies for self-management through transitions and develop emotional and spiritual intelligence in order to feel at ease in whatever situation they face, being able to take risks, being effective, and thinking outside the box.

I've worked in the fashion industry 15 years prior to establishing my own company. I dealt with a range of roles at the top end of this industry including  designing, customer service, personal branding and sourcing and manufacturing. Using Colour Psychology, tuning fork sound therapy, and Colour & Style consultation I helped people to look their best, boost their self-esteem, improve their energy levels and feel good about themselves supporting them in developing their careers and achieving the promotions they were after.  

During the last 10 years, I have transitioned my human development skills to work with clients in leadership development, coaching facilitation and as an international trainer. I care passionately about helping people tap into their hidden potential in order to gain the success they deserve. I run workshops for companies in leadership, identity, self-branding, beliefs systems, motivation, increasing energy levels, coaching and NLP both in the UK and abroad.

I have been living and working in London for the past 15 years, worked regularly in Barcelona (city of birth) and Madrid, Paris (lived and work for nearly 4 years), India (worked on and off for 8 months) and Thailand (sort stays). I'm fluent in Spanish, English, French and basic Italian.
