One Team

One Team is a profiling, coaching and consultancy program that analyses interactions between a team of leaders, senior executives and decision makers, aligning values and behaviours to improve co-operation and increase productivity. Providing profiles for groups of up to 10 or 20, depending on your choice of program, One Team encourages effective communication between you and your team members.

Delivering profile feedback via a one-day workshop, One Team promotes understanding of the characteristics, beliefs, values and behavioural traits of your colleagues, helping you to work together more efficiently as a team. Team alignment and cohesion at the top of an organisation strengthens its decision making and reinforces its status and direction.
