3. Placing Your Order

We actively encourage you in your pursuit of high achievement by providing you with personal service and attention. You are able to change any of the quantities, delete items or move on to the payments section.

Completing the order will involve the following steps:

1. Clicking "Go To Payments" will take you straight to the checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery.
2. At checkout, you will be presented with a form to enter your name, delivery address and card details.
3. When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’Order Now’ button and wait for an online receipt. The payment will be made to Tessa Baron Ltd. You'll also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

5. Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers

A full refund is given for cancellations or amendments, but there is a £50 (plus VAT) administration fee to cover costs in all cases. Please also note we operate the following Training cancellation fees:

• Cancellation received with 14 – 28 days notice: 50%
• Cancellation received with 7 – 13 days notice: 75%
• Cancellation received with 1 – 6 days notice: 100%
• A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.

Training

For us Customer Satisfaction and delivering quality and value are of primary importance to us. We are so convinced that you will find the course you have booked an inspiring and valuable learning experience that we are happy to guarantee it.
If you're not completely satisfied with this course after the three first days of attending the training will refund 100% of the course fee (less admin fees as indicated above). If the training is shorter than 3 days, if after attending the first half day you decide that this training is not right for you we will refund 100% of the course fee (less admin fees as indicated above).

Coaching

If, after 4 coaching sessions, clients feel they are not receiving the expected value and results from the coaching after implementing the strategies they committed to, the coaching fee will be refunded in full (please have a look at our full policies and procedures. Admin fees will be deducted from the refund).
